By purchasing tickets from Elite Cinema And Theatre either online, over the telephone or in the ticket office, you agree to the following terms of service:

We operate a no ticket no entry policy. We strongly advise creating an online account and booking tickets through this so we have a record of the purchased tickets. Unfortunately if you have not booked tickets on an account and you loose your paper copy, entry will be refused - we will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.

It is your responsibility to check your tickets as we are under no obligation to rectify mistakes after a contract has been formed. Unless otherwise expressly stated elsewhere on our website, or in the venue, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Elite Cinema And Theatre is entitled to request proof of age/identity to conform law/regulation or similar public authority.

The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment in our cinema is strictly prohibited.

We do not allow food and drink which has been purchased elsewhere to be consumed on the premises. We reserve the right to inspect customers bags whilst on the premises to check for any prohibited items. All customer's reserve the right to deny inspection however any customer who refuses an inspection will be asked to leave the premises.

We accept no responsibility for any personal property that is brought onto the premises.

Elite Cinema And Theatre reserves the right to add or amend these 'Terms & Conditions' from time to time, at its discretion. You agree to be bound to the updated version as soon as you access, use or register with Elite Cinema And Theatre. Please ensure you have up to date information. If you purchase any ticket, goods or services via Elite Cinema And Theatre's website after any amendment to these T&C's, you agree to be bound by the updated version.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that tickets have been purchased and are no longer required; an exchange of film/time from the current film schedule will be offered providing at least 48 hours prior notice has been given. The system we use allows a booking to be amended once. Bookings cannot be amended after the date. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection or can no longer attend. This applies for bookings made both through our website and our ticket office. In the unlikely event of a cancelling showing, a refund will be offered however booking fees are non-refundable. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Memberships

Memberships are annual and start on the day that the membership is paid for. At the end of the year, the membership will expire and any unused free tickets will also expire. As a member it is your responsibility to scan your membership card before each transaction to accumulate points; unfortunately points cannot be added after the transaction has taken place. To become a member, you agree to apply either by providing your personal details to any of Elite Cinema And Theatre's employees, or by filling in a form on our website. Memberships are personal and cannot be assigned, transferred, exchanged or sold to anybody else. For the avoidance of doubt, no guest may use your membership card in your absence. Any lost or stolen membership card should immediately be reported to Elite Cinema And Theatre; and your lost or stolen membership card will be deactivated. Replacement card fees apply.

Licensing Policy

Only food and drink purchased on the premises can be consumed on the premises. In the event of contraband being consumed on the premises, we reserve the right to ask customers to leave the premises without refund. We have a fully licensed bar in the cinema; and snacks available in the ticket office.

Privacy Policy

By registering on our website or purchasing a membership with us, you are consenting to us storing your data on our system which we may use to contact you; this includes sending out brochures and emailing promotional material. If you wish to opt out of these benefits, please email us at: elitecinemaandtheatre@gmail.com to request this.
