DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO BUY TICKETS?
No, all customers are welcome to purchase tickets; but you will save money if you are a member. Haven't heard about our memberships yet? For further information, please visit our Membership page.
DO YOU SELL FOOD AND DRINK?
Yes, we have a fully licensed bar in the cinema and sell lots of snacks and drinks in the ticket office too!
CAN I BRING FOOD/DRINK FROM OUTSIDE?
Unfortunately not, food and drink from outside cannot be consumed on site. We reserve the right to inspect customers bags whilst on the premises to check for any prohibited items. All customer's reserve the right to deny inspection however any customer who refuses an inspection will be asked to leave the premises.
DO YOU HAVE AUDIO DESCRIPTION AVAILABLE?
We have audio headsets available from our ticket office, these have audio description and sound amplification.
DOES THE VENUE HAVE DISABLED ACCESS/FACILITIES?
We are fully wheelchair accessible, we have a lift which brings you into the auditorium itself, two wheelchair spaces and an accessible toilet as well. Wheelchair spaces are located in row A. If disabled access and/or a wheelchair space is required, please contact us to book tickets as prior notice is essential.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR ADS AND TRAILERS?
Our pre-film programme is approximately 20 minutes long. Please note that certain special events don't have any ads or trailers so the showing will start at the time advertised.
CAN SOMEONE UNDER THE AGE REQUIREMENT COME TO WATCH A 15 OR 18 RATED FILM WITH AN ACCOMPANYING ADULT?
To see a 15 or 18 rated film one has to be of that age. We take BBFC ratings very seriously and check ID's to confirm the age of those who may look younger than the films certificate. If we have any doubts of customers age we reserve the right to refuse entry, so please make sure you bring ID. We do not consider a parent confirming the child's age as sufficient proof of age. 
HOW CAN I BOOK TICKETS?
Tickets are available to book onsite at the ticket office, over the phone or via our What's On page.
DO I NEED TO PRE BOOK TICKETS?
It’s advisable to book your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment, however it is not compulsory.
DO I NEED TO CHECK IN EVEN THOUGH I'VE PRE-BOOKED TICKETS?
Yes, we require everybody to check in at the ticket office so we know exactly who is in the building in the event of any incident. 
WILL I GET A REFUND IF I CANT MAKE THE SCREENING?
No, cinema tickets are non-refundable.
ARE SEATS ALLOCATED OR CAN I SIT ANYWHERE?
We operate allocated seating - seats can be chosen upon booking.
HOW LONG WILL A FILM BE SHOWING FOR?
We are unable to confirm how long we will commit to a film for as we arrange our film programme on a week by week basis. As soon as films are confirmed in the programme, they are live on our website so the best thing to do is keep checking on our website.
